By downloading, installing, or using the Nami application ("App") or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or website.

These Terms apply to all users of Nami, including users who access the service without creating an account.

Nami is a personal subscription tracking application that allows you to:

• ·Log and manage personal subscription services
• ·Track your monthly and annual subscription spending
• ·View price history and inflation data for popular services
• ·Receive renewal reminders and upcoming payment alerts
• ·Export your subscription data

The App includes optional "Supporter" tiers available through in-app purchase that unlock additional analytics features.

To use Nami, you must create an account using your email address or a supported third-party authentication provider (Apple Sign In, Google Sign In). You are responsible for:

• ·Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ·All activity that occurs under your account
• ·Providing accurate and complete registration information
• ·Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• ·Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• ·Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• ·Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• ·Use automated means to scrape or access the App's data
• ·Impersonate any person or entity
• ·Upload or transmit malicious code

All content, features, and functionality of the Nami App and website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by or licensed to Suzushi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The subscription catalog and price history data displayed in Nami is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep this information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy. Prices may vary by region, plan, or promotional period. Always verify pricing with the service provider directly.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUZUSHI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen within the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
