HOW DO I ADD A SUBSCRIPTION?

Tap the + button on the home screen, search for a service or enter it manually, fill in the billing amount and cycle, and tap Save.

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at [email protected] to request deletion.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE A RENEWAL REMINDER?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Nami in your iPhone's Settings app. Also check that the renewal date for the subscription is set correctly inside the app.

CAN I EXPORT MY DATA?

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to download a CSV of all your subscriptions.

HOW DO I RESTORE MY PURCHASE?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If you previously purchased a supporter plan, it will be restored automatically.

IS MY DATA BACKED UP?

Your subscription data is stored securely on our servers and is tied to your account, so it persists across devices and reinstalls.
