Nami ("we", "us", "our") is a subscription tracking application available on iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with care.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Account Information

When you create a Nami account, we collect:

  • ·Profile picture (if you sign in with Google or Apple)
  • ·Authentication tokens from third-party providers (Google, Apple)

2.2 Subscription Data

When you track subscriptions in the app, we store:

  • ·Subscription name, amount, currency, and billing cycle
  • ·Renewal dates and start dates
  • ·Service category and any notes you add
  • ·Whether a subscription is active, paused, or cancelled

This data is associated with your account and stored securely on our servers.

2.3 Device & Usage Information

We may collect:

  • ·Push notification token (to send renewal reminders)
  • ·App version and operating system version
  • ·Anonymized crash reports and error logs

2.4 Purchase Information

In-app purchases are handled by Apple via RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card information. We only receive your subscription tier status (free, monthly supporter, yearly supporter, or lifetime supporter) from RevenueCat.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the information we collect to:

  • ·Send you renewal reminders and push notifications you opt into
  • ·Improve and personalize your experience
  • ·Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your subscription data for advertising purposes.

4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Authentication sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Nami uses the following third-party services:

APPLE SIGN INAuthentication. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
GOOGLE SIGN INAuthentication. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
REVENUECATIn-app purchase management. They process subscription purchase data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
LOGO.DEVCompany logo images displayed in the app. No personal data is sent.

We do not share your personal information with these providers except as necessary to provide the service.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • ·Request deletion of your account and data
  • ·Export your subscription data (via the CSV export feature in the app)
  • ·Opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Nami is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the app or on this website. Your continued use of Nami after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
